Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar : It is an annual Indian award given by the Sangeet Natak Akademi to outstanding artists under the age of 40 who have demonstrated talent in the fields of music , dance and drama. Established in 2006 .
The award consists of a sum of Rs 25,000 and a copper plate issued under the seal of the Academy and the signature of its President.

National Film Awards : It is one of the most prestigious and highly anticipated events in the country. The President of India presents the awards and finally screens the award-winning films for the public. Established in 1954 .
It is given in three categories – Feature , Non-Feature and Best Writing on Cinema. Kalidas Samman : This is an arts award presented annually by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. It consists of a plaque, a cash prize of ₹ 5 lakh, and a citation in the fields of classical music , classical dance , theatre, and plastic arts. First recipients (1980) – Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer ( classical music ) and Mallikarjun Mansur ( classical music ) .
Bharat Muni Samman : It was instituted in 2011 by the Nalanda Dance Research Centre. The centre was founded in Mumbai in 1966 by Kanaka Rele ( a Mohiniyattam exponent ) . Hema Malini has been selected for the prestigious Bharat Muni Samman 2012 .
Kalaimamani Award : This is given by the Tamil Nadu Iyal Isai Nataka Mandram for outstanding contributions to the field of art and literature. It was first awarded in 1954 and carries a cash purse of Rs. 100,000 " porkizhi . " Senior Kalaimamani winners receive Rs. 100,000 along with a certificate and shield .
Hridaynath Award : Inception – 2011. First awardee – Lata Mangeshkar in 2011. Other Hridaynath Awardees : 2014 – Hariprasad Chaurasia , 2015 – A. R. Rahman , 2016 – Viswanathan Anand , 2017 – Javed Akhtar , 2018 – Khayyam .
Lata Mangeshkar Award : This is a national award established to honor works in the field of music. It was established by Madhya Pradesh in 1984 , followed by Maharashtra in 1992. First awardee : Naushad.
Jakanachari Award : This is a state award of Karnataka presented to talented sculptors and craftspeople from the state to commemorate the contributions of renowned sculptor Amarshilpi Jakanachari. Established in 1995. It consists of a plaque , a shawl , a garland, and a cash prize of ₹ 5 lakh. First recipient : C. Parameswar Acharya (1995 ) .

Filmfare Awards : They honour artistic and technical excellence in India's Hindi-language film industry. The awards were first instituted in 1954 by The Times Group's Filmfare magazine.
